    •    Everything in Basic Movie Night

    •    Speaker upgrade

    •    Themed décor add-on option (team tablecloth, inflatable goal post, etc.)

📍 Price: $250–$400 per night

Upsell:

    •    Cooler of ice & cups: +$50

    •    Seating rental: +$50

Package 3. Gaming on the Lawn 🎮

    •    20 ft screen + projector

    •    Customer plugs in their own console (or use Fire Stick games if desired)

    •    Low-latency mode on projector (“game night ready”)

    •    Extra speaker setup for immersive sound

📍 Price: $250–$450 Per Night

Upsell:

    •    Extra controllers or console rental +$50–$100

    •    “Tournament Package” (scoreboard whiteboard + small prize/trophy): +$50

📝 Note

• All rentals are able to start before sunset but screen may not be visible before the sun is down. 
• Any rental scheduled past midnight will be considered a two day rental and fees will be applied. 
• Broken or mistreated equipment will be repaired/ replaced at renters expense.
